What does a typical engagement with One Plus One look like?

We start by working with you and conducting our own research to develop a deep understanding of your business needs, target audiences, and objectives, as well as the sector you operate within.

From there, your dedicated One Plus One team will craft a tailored communications strategy detailing our approach, recommended tactics, and clear measures of success. We then move into execution, with regular WIP meetings and constant monitoring progress to ensure we’re delivering ROI.

What are the various ways to work with One Plus One?

We will work with you to propose a customised approach that best meets the needs of your business. For example, for clients whose objectives are aligned with delivering sustained awareness and lasting change, we would recommend working together in a retained capacity, working closely together for an agreed monthly fee.

For others whose goals may be linked to the launch of a specific product or service, a one-off project-based solution may be better suited.

How much does it cost to work with One Plus One?

As every business is unique, so too is the investment required to deliver communications. We will work with you to provide a tailored proposal based on your needs and budget.

To achieve meaningful results, we do recommend a minimum engagement period of six months however can work with you to design a package, whether project-based or in a retained capacity.

How do you measure success?

At the start of our working relationship, we will work with you to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to your business objectives. Depending on the scope of work, we will establish a reporting cadence that provides you with visibility of our progress.

For many clients, this will involve a monthly or quarterly report including metrics such as media mentions, number of impressions, sentiment tracking, or share of voice. For retained clients, we will also provide an end of year report, while project-based clients will receive a campaign report at completion.

Who will I be working with?

At One Plus One, we’re exceptionally proud of the calibre of our people. Your One Plus One team will be assigned based on previous experience and expertise working in your sector and tackling similar briefs.

Broadly speaking, each client will have a dedicated account management team responsible for executing your bespoke communications plan, supported by a member of our executive team for additional senior strategic counsel.
